Welcome to the Shores of Jupiter
As you enter The Shores of Jupiter, you will immediately know why it is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Jupiter area. The entrance to The Shores is breathtaking as it is lined with beautifully mature trees and two sparkling lakes. The Shores of Jupiter consists of about 600 single family homes, most of which back up to a preserve or lake. Typical lots are about a quarter of an acre and all have sidewalks. The Shores is managed by First Service Residential, which is conveniently located off of Indiantown Road and Maplewood Dr. The HOA dues are $180 per quarter and include landscaping of common areas, Tot Lot and walking trails, and dog park. The Shores has city water and sewer and many homes use the water from the many gorgeous lakes to water their lawn. The Shores is conveniently located less than two miles to Interstate 95 and the Turnpike. The newly remodeled and expanded Publix is about a mile away on Indiantown Road in the Chasewood Plaza. Fire station #19 is located on Central Blvd, also about a mile away. Limestone Creek Elementary School, Jupiter Middle School of Technology and Jupiter High School, all “A” rated public schools, serve The Shores. Jupiter community Park is just past the elementary school less than two miles from our beautiful tree-lined community. The park has plenty of baseball and soccer fields where many Jupiter residents are involved in some type of sport. There are two playground, tennis courts, restroom facilities and a snack bar. You can read about community news in “The Shores” newspaper, which is delivered free to your home monthly. Come join the many happy and friendly residents of The Shores of Jupiter in this wonderful family friendly neighborhood!
